I need blog help

okay, as you can see, I had Nikki change Isabella's picture in the header. I also wanted a song to play as you look at the blog. My MOST FAVORITE song in the world about kids is "Thank God for Kids" by the Oak Ridge Boys. I asked Nikki to help and she said playlist.com didn't have it and she didn't know how to use anything else. They had the Kenney Chesney version which you are hearing right now so she put that one on there for me. Anyway, it's not as good as the other one. I use Limewire here to download songs but I don't think they have a code or whatever you need to put something on a blog. I've read SOOOO many directions on the blogger site and others and I still can't figure out how to get the song to the blog. On Webfetti, which is a pretty cool site, it's pretty easy to understand but it asks you for the URL of the song. WHERE the heck do you find that!? Can someone PLEASE explain that to me?! I went back to playlist.com and couldn't even figure out how to navigate around that very well. My playlist box is at the bottom of the page. What if I want to change the song or add to it? What do I do? My mission is to get the Oak Ridge Boys version on my blog. So if any of you guys know anyone that could help or if you know how to do it, please let me know. Thanks in advance! Pictures soon!

What's been going on this week

This is Alex's first time weed-eating. He was dying to learn and we need all the help we can get keeping this grass cut. He did GREAT! He's growing up so fast. He's already asked about driving the tractor--I don't think so!
My dogs chased this opossum up a tree and laid at the bottom for hours so the poor thing couldn't get down. I really hate these animals. I think they are SOOO ugly and nasty looking.

OK, I really can't get my brain to work when it comes to posting. I can't remember the order because it's all backwards. I hate that. So you'll have to look at the bottom picture to see how she got up on the second SHELF of my entertainment center. She does this all the time. She's still so tiny that she has no problem fitting. She just went to the doctor and the weighs 19.13 lbs.

Again, these are kinda out of order. She loves sitting on the end table and watching TV. I tell her to get down but she just looks at me and laughs. She never has fallen off so that's good.
Iforgot to take my camera to Alex's soccer games on Sat and Mon. I was just thinking about staying warm. The wind was sooooo cold. He has another game Sat so I'll try to post some pics of that next time.

okay, i think i got it--park pics and video

This is one of my good friends, Lindsey. She worked with me then went to 2nd shift so I miss her. We met at the park the other day with her son Ryan.
Lindsey and Isabella

Alex
Once she got the hang of sliding she was okay with it.

She wasn't sure about sliding down the BIG slide

Alex loved pushing her in the swings. He wanted to push her really high though. I think he forgets she so small.

Doesn't he look so big!

We'll see if this video works. If not, see the post before this and click on the picture. It'll take you right to the video.

Bad Hair Day

Ignore the bottle and look at the pigtails
She had been crying because I set her down. What a bad Momma. That's why her eyes are red.

Eating Goldfish WITHOUT the pigtails. Wild, wild hair.

Another shot of the hair. She really hates for me to mess with her hair. So after her pulling the bands out and me putting them back in for most of the day, I just gave up. She won.
Not much of a picture post but the batteries in the camera died and the other set wasn't charged up either. The weather is really nice so I'll try to get some outside pics.

Isabella has been tagged!

Oh my, first let me say I didn't realize that I hadn't posted since Easter! I'm sorry about that and I'll try to do better. As I said, Isabella got tagged by a fellow blog friend, Abbie. So here goes:

1. I can tell the difference between The REAL Cheerios and generic ones. I WILL NOT eat the fake ones!

2. I love to drink from a straw. It's so much easier than those sippy cups.

3. My Mom says I look like Boo from the movie Monsters Inc. with my hair up in Pigtails.

4. I still sleep with the doll and bunny that my Mom and Dad brought to me when they first visited me in Guatemala. I also sleep with a night light on.

5. I love to play in the Tupperware cabinet. So many containers and lids to play with. Hey, at least it's a very cheap toy!

6. I hate to have my hair messed with. Sometimes I let mom put it up but not very often. The bows are okay for a while then I rip those out too. I guess I'll just have to live with hair in my eyes!

7. I am soooooo friendly with everyone and will let anyone hold me EXCEPT a nurse or doctor. I know the doctors want to help me but they are just so scary! My mom told me I have to go for more shots this month. Ugh!

8. I love milk--regular, chocolate, or Strawberry. Doesn't matter. I will drink it all day. Juice gives me diarrhea so I've only had it twice. I don't miss it though. Milk is so much better for me anyway.

9. I love looking at pictures. I get so excited. I point and babble stuff that Mom doesn't understand. I recognize everyone in the family in pictures. You can quiz me and I'll look or point to the right one. I'm so smart!

10. I'm the center of my families world! They keep saying I'm perfect and if they could have another like me they would. I've got news for them--there is only ONE me! I love my family and I know they love me. I give them the best hugs and kisses just so they don't forget it. My favorite time is when we are all together in the evening.

I will try to get some pictures together and have a picture post next time. I know I have some faithful readers that check this blog everyday hoping for something new. I will try to do better. Isabella is growing up before my eyes. She not growing to much in size but in ability and maturity and skills. Have a good week everyone!
